The Anonymous Tip Hotline is a service provided to the Pokagon Band citizenship by the Pokagon Tribal Police Department.  The tip hot line is a telephone number which allows Pokagon Band citizens a direct and anonymous way to report any crime or incident committed on or off Pokagon Band property.  The Anonymous Tip Hotline has been advertised in the monthly Pokagon Band newsletter, as well as on various items like the Pokagon Tribal Police patrol car magnet as seen below, available at the Police Department or through any Tribal Police Officer.

A citizen of the Pokagon Band can call the number and report a crime or incident they may have been witness too, without identifying themselves.  Once a tip has been called in and all the correct information has been given, only Captain VanCompernolle will then review the message box.  All messages will be considered very important; however, Captain VanCompernolle will determine which calls will be investigated and turned over to the Tribal Police Detective Bureau.
