The mission of Pokagon Band Behavioral Health Services is to provide quality, professional mental health and addiction clinic services to the citizens of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi and their families.

Pokagon Band Behavioral Health Services is state licensed to perform outpatient counseling for mental health and substance abuse. It provides integrative, person-centered care in a confidential, culturally sensitive environment. Our dedicated team of treatment providers recognizes that chemical dependency and mental health problems can destroy the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of the Native American. Professional services are provided with Integrity, Respect, Honesty, Wisdom, Honor, Truth, and Love (the 7 Grandfather Teachings) to cherish each human being's journey in life with the understanding that our responsibility is to give each individual the choice to direct their own life. Treatment is in collaboration with medical and community services. It is structured to promote personal growth, strength identity, improve relationships with family, assist in maintaining harmony and balance with life, and offer the opportunity to affirm the traditional spiritual values and beliefs of our ancestors. Assessment, therapy and case management services are provided for adults, adolescents and children.
