Citizen Computer Services
Computer Services are limited to personal computing equipment only. To provide Tribal Citizens with the best possible service experience, Tribal Citizens must call the IT Service Desk for an appointment. Tribal Citizens shall be responsible to provide properly licensed system software and/or recovery media, as this software may be necessary during the course of updates and repairs. Most work on personal computers can be completed within 10 business days, depending on workloads.

The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians Department of Information Technology provides the following services to Tribal Citizens:
Basic Computer Troubleshooting and Maintenance Services
Free troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventive maintenance services. IT can help determine the cause of problems and provide guidance in settling those problems. Maintenance may include services such as operating system security patching, spyware removal, hard drive surface scan, hard drive defragment, virus removal, and dust removal.
Basic Computer Repair Services
Free basic personal computer repair services. IT does not repair monitors, printers, cellphones, tablets, or other computer peripheral equipment. Tribal Citizens are solely responsible for the purchase of all hardware components and/or software needed to repair or maintain personal computers.
Electronics Recycling
IT can assist with recycling of non-hazardous electronics. Please contact the IT Service Desk to discuss any electronic devices you may wish to recycle.
Computer Classes / Training
Free basic computer classes on request basis. Classes are held at the Department of Education's Training Lab in Dowagiac, Michigan. Classes may cover Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet. Dates and times for classes will vary depending upon availability of the training lab and staff schedules.
Computer Consulting Services
Free advice on basic personal computer, computer peripheral, and software purchases. IT can direct Tribal Citizens to sources for low-cost new and refurbished personal computer equipment.
