    • Citizens must login to access this information.  Please click the Register button if you are new to the website. Returning Citizens need only click on login and provide their access credentials.

       

      Please contact the Department of Information Technology at (269) 462-4269 if you need any assistance.  Support may also be provided by contacting Web.Reg@PokagonBand-nsn.gov. Access to secure areas of the website, such as webcasting, will be grated to Tribal Citizens after they have completed the website registration process.

      Process:

      1. Citizen completes registration application through the website.  The link to Register is available from the main page of the website.  Citizens provide their valid e-mail address, which will become the username and contact method. Adittional information is also requested on the registration form.

      2. The registration application is received and Citizen receives an e-mail asking to confirm specific information.

      3.  Citizen replies to e-mail with requested information.

      4.  Registration approved and Citizen is notified of acceptance.  If information provided is incomplete or incorrect, Citizen is asked to make corrections or contact the Enrollment office for assistance.

       

      Tribal Citizens need to have an updated Tribal Enrollment card containing a CID#.  This number is listed below Name and Enrollment number information.  Anyone with an old card can receive a free replacement.

       

      Frequently Asked Questions:

      Question:  Do I need to have an e-mail address to register with the website?
      Answer:  Yes.  Many websites like Google and Yahoo! provide free e-mail services.  A valid e-mail address must be kept or access to the website may be interrupted.  E-mail addresses will be confirmed periodically.

      Question:  I forgot my password.  How can I reset my password?
      Answer:  Contact the IT Service Desk at (269) 462-4269 or by e-mail at Web.Reg@PokagonBand-nsn.gov and request a password reset.
