Home Loan Guarantee Program 184 Loan Program 

Provides Pokagon Band citizens with the opportunity to obtain conventional loans from private home lenders by guaranteeing the loans through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or other federal or state agencies.

 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1.  Must be an enrolled Pokagon Band citizen.
2. Lender must participate in the Home Loan Guarantee Program.
3. Agree to attend counseling as required by the Housing & Facilities Department and/or lender.
4. To apply for this program, please download and complete the pre-application and return form to the Housing & Facilities office.
