Homeowner Programs:

Repair and Rehabilitation Program

Provides the opportunity for eligible Pokagon Band Citizens to have repairs made and/or allow them to renovate their homes. Repairs shall not exceed $30,000.00.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be an enrolled Pokagon Band Elder or 
2. Pokagon Band citizen with Pokagon Band children in the household 13 years old or under, or 
3. Non-Citizen with Pokagon Band children in the household 13 years old or under, or
4. Pokagon Band citizen who is physically disabled.
5. Be within the Low Income Guidelines    
6. Live within the 10 County Service Areas  
7. Must have lived in and occupied the home for three or more years.
8. Repairs shall not exceed the equity in the home.
9. Is not in debt to the Pokagon Band.
