Elders Trip to New York City 

May 4 – 9, 2012

Starting at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012 calls will be taken at (269)782-0765. Please, no early calls! After March 13, you can call (269)782-7913 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.—11 a.m., or 2:00 p.m.—6:00 p.m. You can also sign up at Elders Hall beginning at 9:00 a.m. Have your enrollment number handy. 

There is a $25.00 deposit required per person, which will be refunded when you board the bus. Checks should be made out to the Elders Council. If you are calling for a reservation you will have seven days to send the check or money order to us. Send checks to:

The bus will pick us up at the Pokagon Community Center in Dowagiac. We will have accommodations for 50 people; rooms are based on double occupancy. There will no per diem this trip due to the expense of the trip. Three meals are part of the package, when we leave New York we will be going to Niagara Falls for two days. We will stay at the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel. You will receive a $100.00 in Seneca Slot Dollars, along with a food voucher for $40.00. Please remember that you will need to pay for some of your meals, souvenirs, and gambling. For a list of rules and procedures click here.
