Workforce Investment Act Program
Native American Adults who meet eligibility requirements through intake and have been approved into the program may be eligible for Core and Training Services as well as Intensive and/or Supportive Services.
- Eligibility: Native American Adult (from a federally-recognized tribe, 18 or older) living inside our 10 county service area who are low-income (based on the Department of Social Services Federal Poverty Guidelines and the Department of Labor income Guidelines based on household size and income) underemployed and/or unemployed. If you are a male between ages 18 and 26 years old and born after 1960, must be enrolled into Selective Services.
