Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

A fun and invigorating class which will utilize a variety of techniques to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Aerobic activities allow you to develop the fitness necessary to comfortably walk, run, climb stairs, etc. These activities will allow you to burn calories in a fun and interactive environment.
