Mondays & Wednesdays
Our Zumba classes are typically an hour long and are taught by licensed Zumba instructors. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. Zumba is a great way to increase your range of motion, fight diabetes, and ease joint pain. The class is geared for all ages and ability levels. Come join us as we dance away calories and increase our cardio endurance.
