GED Assistance

The Department of Education provides assistance to adult Pokagon citizens wishing to earn their GED. This program pays for GED testing for Pokagon Band citizens at any testing facility in the United States, as well as provides other services based on individual need (i.e. tutoring and assistance with transportation.)

The GED tests are now computer-based.  We offer an online program to assist our citizens prepare for the GED tests. Our program is accessible anywhere internet is available.

Eligibility: 

  • Any Pokagon Band adult citizen
  • Over 18 years old
