Car Seat Requests

To obtain a car seat for your child at no cost to you, the child or one of the parents must be a Pokagon citizen and have a tribal ID card.

Karen Klug, our administrative assistant, will let you know what information is required and set you up with an appointment with a certified car seat technician. The appointment will take approximately 45 minutes, and the child must be present to be properly fitted to the seat.

The appointment will take place at the main Police Department:
58155 M-51 South
Dowagiac, MI 49047

If you have special needs that mean you cannot come to the Police Department, we'll make every attempt to assist your needs.
