The Pokagon Band Wellness Center offers a variety of individual, group, and organizational wellness activities to Pokagon Band citizens, employees, and their immediate families.
The Wellness Center is available free of charge and offers free weights and such cardio machines as treadmills, stationary bikes, and elliptical trainers. Professional and certified personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and health educators are available and willing to design individualized programs to meet your fitness needs. A small pool with resistant jets allows exercisers to walk or swim against an adjustable current. When in high demand, pool workouts are limited to 30 minutes. Otherwise the pool is available on a walk-in basis like our other exercise equipment, no need for an appointment.
The Wellness Center provides a safe and secure environment to begin physical activity, enhance your workout regime, or train for your next event.
The Wellness Center will be offering childcare on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March 2018 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The childcare will be available in the multipurpose room and each child/parent will need to review the rules and requirements and sign a waiver.
