I understand that once my application is accepted, I WILL NOT be eligible for a refund on my fee. I understand that I am responsible for complying with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-644). I certify that I have read and understand the 2024 Mawtheshnowen Vendor Rules.

  • Photocopy of current Tribal ID
