Fall Vaccines 2024 starting Monday, September 16th

  • Flu vaccines available for anyone aged 6 months and older
  • COVID vaccines available for anyone 12 years and older

Patients can receive both vaccines on the same day. Contact the PHS Clinic on (269) 782-4141, option 1, to schedule an appointment or request to be vaccinated during your regularly scheduled visit.

Who We Serve

We serve the Native American population in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. Members of any federally recognized Native American tribe in the United States can seek healthcare services at our facility located in Dowagiac, MI.  Clinic and Pharmacy services are also available to spouses of Pokagon Band citizens and employees of the Pokagon Band.
