Welcome to the public record page for the Pokagon Band's tribal properties of environmental concern. Pokagon Band's Kowabdanawa odë kė Department (PBKK) has received EPA CERCLA 128a funding in order to investigate properties of concern and to ensure that due diligence is completed when looking at purchasing properties. These funds will allow us to complete Phase I environmental assessments, Phase II environmental assessments, and cleanup of contaminated sites, if warranted.
As properties are identified, we will add to the table (below) that provides a general location of properties that have been identified, what the potential contaminent may be, and if the property is currently being investigated. As potential properties of concern are identified, we will review them and update the table with more information.
