Welcome to the public record page for the Pokagon Band's tribal properties of environmental concern. Pokagon Band's Kowabdanawa odë kė Department (PBKK) has received EPA CERCLA 128a funding in order to investigate properties of concern and to ensure that due diligence is completed when looking at purchasing properties. These funds will allow us to complete Phase I environmental assessments, Phase II environmental assessments, and cleanup of contaminated sites, if warranted.
As properties are identified, we will add maps (below) that provide a general location of where potentially contaminated properties are already identified and included in PBKK's inventoried sites.
