The Pokagon Band Food Distribution Program is providing Emergency food packages for all tribal households (ADDRESSES). Pickup will take place at the Food Distribution Warehouse on the following days:
- Wednesday – January 20 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Thursday – January 21 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Friday – January 22 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
You may pick up one package for your household (ADDRESS) with a tribal ID, and one package for two other addresses (ONE PACKAGE PER ADDRESS) with a copy of their tribal ID and a signed note, or a picture of their ID on your phone with a text message stating that you are able to pick up for that person. Phone calls at the time of pickup will not be accepted.
When coming to pick up, please stay in your car and someone will be out to take your name and ID number. Please have a door unlocked or the tailgate popped so that we can put the package in your car. Please form a single file line, staying between the cones.
The package will be the regular EFP Package with apples (limited supply), potatoes, and a turkey (limited supply) or canned ham included.
