Welcome to the New Citizen Portal! 

We’re excited to introduce the Citizen Portal – your one-stop website to access important programs, services, and updates. The new Citizen Portal combines what is now the Office of Tribal Council Portal and the Citizen Services Portal. We’ve designed it to make things easier for you, with everything in one place. 

Here’s what you can do on the portal: 

  • Learn about programs and services available to you. 
  • Access applications for assistance programs.  
  • View minutes from Tribal Council meetings. 
  • Listen to recordings from Tribal Council meetings. 
  • Check your per capita history and payment schedule. 
  • Find dates for meetings, events, and workshops. 
  • Update your enrollment information. 
  • Get the latest election news. 
  • Enter to win tickets to shows at Four Winds New Buffalo & South Bend. 
  • Access the online store & more! 

How to Log In 

To get started, you’ll need to log in. Here’s how you can do it easily: 

1. Log into the Citizen Portal  <-- Click Here

2. Enter these details to log in: 

  • Your Tribal ID number. 
  • Your last name. 
  • The last three digits of the phone number you have on record with Enrollment.

3. You’ll receive a one-time password on your phone. Enter it to access the site. 

Important: If your phone number doesn’t match what we have on record, you won’t be able to log in. Please contact Enrollment to update your phone number if needed.
