The Pokagon Band has established a COVID Helpline which will go live on Tuesday, January 19 to provide assistance and answer questions regarding your COVID-19 related needs. The helpline will streamline department-to-department communications and can be reached toll free by calling (888) 723-5462. Team members Beth Warner and Lynne Foerster will be answering calls. Assistance programs are available, including locations to quarantine if you or a family member have symptoms or have tested positive for the virus.
Please note, if you are calling to be put on the waitlist for the COVID-19 vaccine, please call (269) 692-5812 and leave a message indicating you would like the vaccine. Currently the vaccine is available to Pokagon Citizens and PHS patients 35 and over with high risk conditions. Your call will be returned as soon as your vaccine becomes available.
Medical questions should continue to be directed to Pokagon Health Services (PHS).
