The Pokagon Band Gaming Commission is responsible for the enforcement and oversight of regulatory compliance by the Four Winds Casino Resort (the "Casino"). The Casino and Suppliers of Gaming Devices and Gaming Equipment or Supplies must comply with the rules and regulations established by the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission. These rules and regulations are safeguards used to protect the integrity of the Gaming Operation.
The rules and regulations for shipment of Gaming Devices and Gaming Equipment or Supplies are governed by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians Gaming Regulatory Act and the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission Regulations. The information contained in this booklet is an overview of the shipping rules and regulations that must be followed by the Casino and Suppliers of Gaming Devices and Gaming Equipment or Supplies. In addition to the rules and regulations outlined in this booklet, Suppliers must follow any additional rules and procedures established by the Casino. If you have questions regarding the rules and regulations contained in this document, you are advised to contact the Chief Gaming Inspector at the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in sanctions.
