The Pokagon Band Gaming Commission has officially announced the start of a 60-day public comment period for proposed new gaming regulations, beginning with the posting of the Notice of Proposed Gaming Regulations on April 15, 2026. During this period, community members and stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed rules and submit their written comments by June 17, 2026. All feedback will be carefully considered before the regulations are finalized and adopted. This process helps ensure transparency and community involvement in maintaining the integrity and excellence of gaming operations for the Pokagon Band.
