FSA Nutrition Benefit Card
Your FSA Card is now accepted at Walmart!
The Pokagon Band Tribal Council has approved the 2024 FSA Nutrition Benefit program to assist tribal households with necessary and reasonable increased expenses caused by the COVID-19 emergency.
For newly enrolled children, parents/guardians must submit an application with the child's name and Tribal Enrollment ID during the child's enrollment month.
