The Department of Social Services Food Distribution Program is distributing Easter boxes for Pokagon Elder households (ADDRESSES).  This distribution is for ELDERS ONLY.  The distribution will take place at the Food Distribution Warehouse on the following days…

Tuesday – March 26 from 1pm-4pm

Wednesday – March 27 from 1pm-4pm

Thursday – March 28 from 1pm-4pm

These Easter boxes will be given out on a first come/first served basis.  You may pick up one box for your household (Address) with a tribal ID, and one box for two other addresses (ONE BASKET PER ADDRESS) with a copy of their tribal ID and a signed note, or a picture of their ID on your phone with a text message stating that you are able to pick up for that person.

When coming to pick up, please stay in your car and someone will be out to take your name and ID number.  Please have a door unlocked or the tailgate popped so that we can put the box in your car.  Please form a single file line, staying in between the cones. Please do not park.
